Can I use it during antibiotics?
Yes — S. boulardii is yeast-based and unaffected by antibiotics. Space it two hours from the antibiotic dose.
Does it need refrigeration?
No. The strains are shelf-stable for 24 months in a sealed tub; keep it dry and out of direct sun.
