The formula
Cat Multivitamin Paste, and why it is built this way
Cats are not small dogs: they cannot synthesise taurine, cannot convert beta-carotene to vitamin A, and have a higher protein requirement. This paste is formulated for obligate carnivores, with a malt base most cats take voluntarily.
No added sugar, no propylene glycol, no onion or garlic powder.
What it does
Three things you can expect
Taurine included
Essential for feline heart and retinal health — absent from plant-based diets.
Preformed vitamin A
Cats cannot convert carotenoids, so retinol is used directly.
Hairball-friendly base
The malt carrier also helps move swallowed hair through.
